The transition from paper medical records to electronic medical/health records is still in progress in some parts of the country, whereas other parts are already there. Many patients who are computer literate are still skeptical about submitting their information online, due to inactivity, the lack of speed, irritating sound effects, or the color being dismal. Let us provide the feedback that would help potential users of the electronic medical/health records. We are trained and experienced for usability testing.
